SOD
We offer four blends of sod:

  • Endurance is a mix of tall fescue and Kentucky bluegrass. It combines drought, heat, shade, and wear tolerances. It has a deeper root system and requires less frequent irrigation. Endurance is the best choice for areas that receive foot traffic on a regular basis. It is our most popular sod choice.

  • El Camino is a blend of tall fescue varieties. It has a coarser texture than Endurance. El Camino is drought, heat, and wear tolerant with a better resistance to fungus problems. It does well in full sun and moderate shade. It is a good choice for lower maintenance areas such as playgrounds, athletic fields, and home lawns with moderate foot traffic.

  • Majestic is a combination of Kentucky bluegrass and perennial rye grasses. It has good winter color and improved tolerance to fungus roblems. It is a very hardy blend and works well in both residential and commercial settings.

  • Scenic is 100% bluegrass, which is popular for its aesthetic appearance, medium texture, and showcase lawn look. It combines a variety of bluegrasses for a dense carpet lawn. It can withstand some foot traffic, but is not recommended for heavily used areas.
